X Large Room in Brooklyn, NY - 25 min from Midtown

I?m Jade! And I?m looking for a super cool roommate to fill my apartment in Flatbush.

The room is King (X-large), newly renovated, has tons window sunlight and space. The apartment comes with in-house washer and dryer, and WiFi. Shared Bathroom has stand-in shower and separate tub.

There are some really cool bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and local hang-outs just in walking distance. The Q, B, S, 2, 5 are just two blocks away and NYC is 25 minutes.

I?m looking for female mid 20s- early 40s, who is financially stable and responsible to rent for 6 months to a year (I am flexible). I?m looking for someone who is willing to help clean common areas on a weekly basis. Guests are fine, but no couples please.

I?m 23, super chill, down to earth. I am a nursing student, I work full-time at night, and I am rarely home. Outside of work I love to travel, try new restaurants and bars, and I?m all about Sunday brunches. I?m looking for someone to match my vibe!
