Private Room available in 3 bedroom w/private bath

Hi! We are looking for a 3rd roommate in our 3 bedroom apartment in Bed-stuy. The apartment is spacious and freshly renovated with new appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms (there are 3 bathrooms total). The room itself is nicely sized with two large windows, hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, heat/ac unit, and clothing rack.

We're located in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by shops, cafes, and bars. A quick walk to the A/C, G/ and JMZ.

We are two friends living together and looking for a 3rd. We are easy going and like to keep our space clean and decorate seasonally. Open to making new friends but also totally respect someone just looking to do their own thing. We also have a super sweet friendly cat that lives with us.
