I am listing my beautiful studio apartment in downtown Brooklyn. This apartment is absolutely wonderful. The room is very spacious and has large floor to ceiling windows with great views.
I have been living in this building since August and it has been great. The building comes with full amenities (laundry room, gym, lounge, sky lounge, door man, etc.).
The apartment is also extremely close to Target, Trader Joe?s, Whole Foods and multiple different train stations and Atlantic terminal (20 - 25 minute commute to lower Manhattan - I have been working in SoHo and it has been a very easy commute)
I am having to relocate out-of-state last minute for my job, and am looking for someone to take over the apartment by late late December or Jan 1.
Management is looking to sign a 12 month lease with the new tenant. The gross monthly rent would be $3,335. Management will be including a free months of rent as part of the contract and I will also personally be including slightly over a free months of rent to lower the net effective rent down to $2750 a month for the duration of the 12 month lease (I am offering an additional incentive because of the last minute nature of this post / the time of the year).
Additionally, the deposit for the building will be $500 and you must qualify off of the $3,335 gross rent number.
