Apartment Sublet! From december 4th., no roommates

Literally 5 min walk to Newkirk subway station 2,5 train. 40 min to Midtown Manhattan. All way to the subway is brightly lit, a lot of grocery stores and veggies places. Blink, Target in 10 min walk.
Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, cable - the entire living room with a huge couch (like a small cinema for yourself).
Kitchen with an island and barstools. You are welcome to use oven, grill, microwave, and coffee maker.
Very comfortable bedroom, queen bed. Amazing atmosphere, calm you down immediately. Fireplace-alike heater.
Heat at the building's been working perfectly - it's really hot in the winter, so we keep windows open :D
Laundry in the basement only for our building ;)
