Seeking female roommate

My current roommate has decided to move out, therefore I am looking for someone to occupy her room.

I am ideally looking for someone who is a black female in their early-mid thirties, is okay with living with two friendly cats, able to clean up after themselves, is considerate when it comes to having guests over... but also keeps guest visits to a minimum, respectful of common area spaces and can be responsible when it comes to paying the rent on time.

All utilities are included in the rent... This includes gas, heat, water and electric. The only thing that we will split is the WiFi which is usually anywhere from $30-$40 a month. YOU must be able to commit to living here for a year. The landlord is flexible and okay with a month to month lease.

YOUR room is spacious with two white walls, two closets and a separate entrance/exit to the backyard/deck! (which you could enjoy in the warmer months to come)

A little about me...

I'm 30 yr old creative/professional black woman who travels often enough, loves astrology, spirituality, friendly and enjoys quiet time when home.

The house is within walking distance to the 3 (New Lots Avenue), And C trains (Shepard Avenue).

Move in date would be for early January 2020. You will need first and security to move in.
