Hello!
We are renting out our 3rd room in a 3 bedroom apartment. Although it is the smallest room it is far from small. It will comfortably hold a King- Queen sized bed, dresser, and a desk. The room will be $675 per month and it is still a great price for a big room in Brooklyn.
Who are we? 2 women ages 32 and 40, who pretty much keep to themselves. I rarely notice when my roommate is home and I'm sure she feels the same.
We need someone who can move in no later than December 31st. If you can move in by December 15th....even better. The total amount to move would be first month's rent and security ($675). Proof of employment will be required. Looking to show the room this week! Contact for information!
