The FURNISHED room measures 13 ft x 7ft (exclusive of the WALK-IN CLOSET) and has two windows facing the street with good ventilation. It has a huge closet and Heating.

The apartment has a bath, TV, living room and fully EQUIPPED KITCHEN, WASHER and DRYER in basement, DISHWASHER. Living Room has a TV, a nice sofa, 2 computers, PS4 (cuz we play video games, it can be moved if you have other stuff you want to bring to living room).

It?s a secure building in a very safe area since there?s 2 schools in a block radius. Also there is a church and few parks close by. Walking distance away from Prospect Park, Organic food market, quaint bars. Close to R, F, G trains and few min away from Barclays Center.
