Looking for three roommates to fill an amazing apartment on Bushwick Ave near the Halsey J. It's got an eat-in kitchen, all new appliances, renovated bathrooms. There's a huge basement that would be an awesome common area (where noise of people hanging out wouldn't travel to the bedrooms). Queer-friendly, femme-friendly,friendly, cat friendly (I have one really laid back, social cat and he'd probably be psyched to have a friend).

About me:
I'm a queer woman in my late 20s trying to create a relaxing, safe, warm home environment. I'm a comedian and I make most of my money as a server or nanny, so I'm at home in the mornings and afternoons and out until pretty late. I don't throw parties but I do like to have a friend or two over occasionally and am more than happy for you to do that as well. It's important to me to live in a place where I enjoy hanging out with my roommates and where everyone feels comfortable sharing the common spaces as respectful adults. It doesn't bother me when things aren't neat or super organized, but I don't like to live in dirt or grime and I don't want to clean up after my roommates. I am comfortable with healthy, respectful confrontation about issues and want to live with someone who is the same.
