About the Apartment -

Super bright and quiet (all windows of this apartment face into the buildings communal courtyard). My roommate is moving out (very sad) so I have both his room and our shared office/studio room for rent.

That means two of the three bedrooms in this apartment are available. Both rooms are unfurnished although my departing roommate might sell you his bedframe. The smaller of the two room has windows on two walls and is 10'x9' rent is $800. The other room has one large window and is 11'x9.5' rent is 0.

Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Share electric, gas and internet tyoically no more than $50 each.

The apartment is one block from the main entrance to the Greenwood Cemetery. Just steps from the 25th st R stop. There is a coffee shop on the first floor of the building, a laundromat one block down and a grocery store across the street. Plenty of bars and shops within a short distance and a 15 minute walk to the 4th and 9th G/F stop.

About me-
I'm a woman, mid thirties and work full time as an artist. Often I work late and am away from the apartment in the evenings and weekends. I love to travel and my schedule takes me out of town with some frequency. I'm tidy, friendly and considerate and am looking for the same in a roommate. I like to go out but don't bring the party home.

About Renting -

Looking for a clean, quiet individuals who works full time outside the house. No pets please.

Please have references, bank statements and good credit. You would be signing a one year lease and would need to fill out an application with my landlord.

First months rent and equal security deposit to move in. Move in date Feb 1st or possibly a little sooner.
