I have a hypoallergenic cat who hides in her box most of the time.
The apartment is close to the A/C train line, 8 blocks away. If you go the opposite way the is the G train and J/M train. There is good food/bars and a grocery store a block away.
Rent is $1100 and includes internet. Electric and gas will be split.
I do IT work in office and sometimes from home. I have a 12 year old son who goes to Prep school and is quite.
