Looking for roommate for huge master bedroom

We are looking to find one person to join our apartment for March 1 move in or earlier, room is ready now. Rent is $1,250 not including utilities - utilities are about $60 a month.

About the room:
- Approx. 240 square feet, 2 big closets, 2 windows that let in natural light, and a private in-suite half bathroom.
- Can easily fit a King Size Bed + additional furniture and space to walk around as seen in pics.
- Room is unfurnished.
About the roommates:
- Stephanie is 31 and is a social worker
- Robyn is 38 and is a district manager

About the building:
- Pre-war
- 2 minute walk to the B/Q line at Church Ave
- 20 minutes away from Union Square by train
- Laundry in basement
- Live-in super

We are ideally looking for someone who is considerate and respectful. We are not a party house or a loud house so we are looking for someone that can fit into the lifestyle of the apartment. Stephanie has a dog, extremely friendly, usually is out and about in the apartment (excluding personal rooms) we can only have one pet in the apartment. *Please do not contact us if you are not dog friendly
