The apartment is located in a neighborhood called Sunset Park
This is a nice neighborhood. You will find near by all the things you might need.
If you are looking for something specific, you can always contact us as we know the area very well.
Subway: N - 59th street - 30mn to downtown Manhattan and 53rd street R on the block for local
Grocery stores: there are 3 grocery stores in a 5 blocks radius + deli open 24 hours
Laundromat: There is 3 and also 1 open 24 hours few blocks away.
Bakeries, coffee shops are everywhere on 5th avenue. You can just call and get delivered home by most of them.

Most of our guests are students and interns from all around the world as we work with many schools in different countries.
This is generally the case but we accept all guests.

ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION
THERE IS NO FEE- We are very experienced in furnished rental and based on our guests suggestions, we created a set of rules that help everyone in the apartment for a better living experience. You will be required upon arrival to sign additional clauses to the contract. You can see most of these rules in the house rules. Contact us if you have any questions. We have few other properties if this one is not available anymore so just inquire within and we will let you know what do we have left depending on the semester.
