Studio Apartment In Bed-Stuy

I am looking for a housemate for a private studio apartment on the lower floor of my 3 bedroom, duplex apartment in Bed-Stuy. Move-in March 1st. The studio is $1600 utilities included. Located right around the corner from the G train Bedford-Nostrand. The apartment is an open concept studio with a private entrance, you have your own bathroom, the space is really large but does have a relatively low ceiling (not recommended for anyone over 6'5), a large storage closet/plenty of storage space and private access to the backyard (which has a hammock, greenhouse, chairs, cherry tree). The only thing you share with the upstairs is the kitchen. Trust me the apartment is way nicer in person. I am not picky as to whom I have as a housemate as long as you're chill, understanding, can pay the bills on time and are friendly. First months rent and security is all that is required.
