Room in a great neighborhood

The building is located on the corner of Ocean Pkwy and Kings hwy, its 10 min walking distance from Q, B and F trains, also Bus B82, B68, B100 and B7. The neighborhood has all the different convenient 24hour stores, grocery stores and pharmacies, clothing stores like Marshals and TJmaxx, 4 different gyms within walking distance and many more amenities. The room is a good size room which includes a queen size bed, dresser and a large storage dresser. And a small closet. Lots of storage space. The living room area is shared and so is the kitchen and the bathroom. So I like to keep things clean and organized. Looking for someone who works or studies. I love to cook, exercise, and shop. Would like to find a roomate who is friendly and clean.
