This is a large 2 bedroom apartment. Hardwood floors with tile in the kitchen. There's tons of natural light as the living room windows are quite large. The living room and kitchen are full sized, and the bedroom comfortably fits a queen size bed as well as a desk. It also has a full sized closet and storage space. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building, but there's no upstairs neighbors. There's an air conditioner in the living room for those sweltering NYC summers. The neighborhood is great. The apartment is actually on 5th Avenue in Park Slope yet it's somehow still affordable. You walk outside and you're in one of the nicest parts of Brooklyn. There's coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops, literally steps away. This hustle and bustle doesn't get noisy though, the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment. It's closest to the Carrol St. Station on the Subway which is the R/D train and N late nights. It's one stop to Barclays Center
