This is a quiet and diverse neighborhood and the building is extremely clean and has friendly people that would be your neighbors. Walking distance to Prospect Park, great restaurants and bars, and a short walk to 2/3/4/5/B/Q/C lines.

The apartment includes:

-4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor)
-Completely furnished living room (large flat screen TV, couch, chairs), kitchen (table, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher), bedroom (negotiable)

-Air conditioning and heat self controlled in each room
-Very large, beautiful rooftop!!

April 1st move in date! Proof of income required! No background check or credit check.

WILL NOT NEED TO SIGN ONTO LEASE!

*Rent w furnished room: $1300/mo w option to keep all bedroom furniture.

**Rent w/o furnished room: $1200/mo

***$500 security deposit, totally refunded at end of term and can be negotiable.

Utilities + WiFi are usually less than $60 per person.
