COZY Brooklyn 1Br w/ yard and office space

This apt is spacious, with a cozy and true "at home" feel. You'll have privacy and a great place to sleep and hang My bedroom is actually outside the apartment but I?ll be in and out to use the kitchen. The garden and patio is great to relax in! I work remotely and am in the AEC industry. I also coach and work with youth in the evenings and on weekends. I?m either in classes, at work or at the gym. PS - Cute kitty in the bedroom photo will be living in my space but likes to roam around the apartment, so only kitty friendly please :)
