Sunny private room right on Nostrand ave. This is a private room with a private bathroom. The whole building is newly remodeled so the amenities are amazing. The unit comes with a washer/dryer, dish washer in the shared spaces, and you get a full private bathroom and own cooling/heating system. This location is 1 block away from the 2/5 trains, and close to major shops and deli's! There will be 3 other roommates, currently there is only 2. One male and one female. There is a deposit, broker fee (I believe) and first months rent. The building is rented out by a BK rental company, so if you're interested I can get you in touch with them.

Side note: I'm willing to leave the room furnished for extra. All the furniture is brand new. Queen sized bed with storage trundle, Ikea 6 drawer dresser, and 50 inch TV with full motion wall mount.

Also, roommates are open to pets as well.
