Large bedroom w private bathroom

The apartment: it's a two-level apartment, with shared kitchen and living room with an awesome book collection (and the other bedroom) on the ground floor. Your room is the basement level - a large bedroom and sitting area, with a private full bathroom.

The apartment also has an awesome private backyard!

The roommate: Alex and Felicity live upstairs, but Felicity is stuck in Kenya for the next few months due to COVID-19, so for now you'll just see Alex. Alex is 40/male, works for city government, liberal, runner, funny, friendly, occasional smoker (outside only), mostly vegetarian, and a delightful human being (Felicity wrote this).

Health workers are very welcome.

Small pets are ok.

You can borrow Felicity's bicycle :)

Couples ok but $1300 instead of $1100.

Stays shorter than one month: $350/week.
