Lovely furnished room

The apartment is a large floor thru with an eat in kitchen.. There are no house chores, with the exception of please wash your dishes, we don? t have a dishwasher. All utilities included.

The bedroom is large, furnished, bright and sunny, clean and quiet. There? s a small balcony if you like to garden, but not really ideal for lounging. There is also a closet right outside the bedroom.

The neighborhood is great, safe, diverse, lots of parks, restaurants, coffee shops, every type of business with in 5-10 mins of the apartment. Two blocks away from the R train and eight blocks from the N express.

You would share the apartment and common spaces with my sister and I and our fluffy cat Barack, who is extremely docile and friendly.

Flexible lease terms available. We are only looking for ONE roommate, sorry no couples, children or pets allowed. (guests okay)
