Nice. Professional or resident or post grad student in need of an in between place or short term situation. Friendly but okay with keeping yourself occupied. Share in keeping apartment tidy. Have hobbies, or interests. We should have our own things going on and be able to live peacefully and respectfully with each other.

Good building with laundry (also several laundry places in area), great super. family friendly neighborhood with parks, play areas, near the water, lots of places to eat, shopping on 86th, and bus at the end of the street and subway a few minutes walk away.

The bedroom is UNFURNISHED and approx. 10' x 14'.

Sorry, no pets. I love them but building doesn't.

Utilities: Gas (avg. $19-23/month); Electric (avg. $60/month); Spectrum Internet: $81/month - And that's split between the both of us.

Water /Heat paid for by bldg.
