Beautiful Room With Private Bath (No Fee)

Me and my roommate are currently in the process of trying to find people to fill 1 of the rooms in our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment in the beautiful Clinton Hill/ Prospect Heights area.
The first room is on the first floor and has the option for an early move in, but please keep in mind the lease itself doesn't start until the end of May. This room has its own terrace private, bathroom, and the space for either a queen or full sized bed. This room is priced at 1600 dollars.

Regarding the building amenities, we have in unit dishwashers, in building washer dryers, in building storage lockers (for an additional fee), and a short walk to the C train that gets you to the city (Fulton stop) in about 20 minutes.
