I?m currently renting out my room in 2 bedroom apartment. Room fits a queen-size mattress, it?s currently furnished with a brand new comfortable twin size mattress awaiting other twin mattress which can conveniently slide in-out underneath. You?ll also find a mounted tv on wall in room. And 2 closets.

Building is a 3 floor walk-up with unit being on 2nd floor walk-up. Transportation is 2 blocks walking to Utica and Eastern Pkwy where you?d be able to catch 3 or 4 train just mins from the City/Manhattan.

There are plenty of fast food chains from McDonald?s, Popeyes, West Indian Cuisine, Bars/Lounges, Supermarkets, etc.
