The building has state of the art luxury accommodations including 24 hr doorman service, gym, and fully decked out common spaces. The apt has all new appliances and fixtures. Washer/dryer in unit. Beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline with big windows.

My roommate Jake works in the entertainment industry and is an extremely generous, smart, and polite person. He's easy to talk to and very diplomatic. He's sociable but also respects personal space.
