One bedroom in decently-sized three bedroom apartment in Flatbush, BK (walking distance to the 2, 5, Q, and B trains). Major supermarket nearby (around the corner from apartment) as well as liquor/wine store and dollar store <1 block away. Washer and dryer included IN THE UNIT (super convenient!). Utilities, internet and hot water are split evenly among all three roommates and comes out to roughly $50 a month (more or less depending on AC usage). The one bedroom fits a twin size bed, small desk, bookcase and a night stand (or a full sized bed with small furniture). There is ample closet space in the room, with a full rack and two shelves for storage above rack as well. Looking for a female, working professional who is clean and responsible.
