Large Room Available For Sublet In Park Slope

A wonderful charming large bedroom in the heart of Park Slope in our 3 bedroom apartment (penthouse) will be available for a short sublet from August 1, 2020 to August 25, 2020. The price for this room is $1050 for the first three weeks of August, so essentially it's $350 per week. We are flexible with both the move in and move out dates, as long as it happens after the 1st of August and move out before the 25th of August. The sublet will include a queen bed with sheets, pillows, chest of drawers, desk (with a lamp), closet, and a chair. Internet and Electricity is extra ($40-$80 per month, depending on the season). The air conditioner is already pre-installed in the wall.

The room is very spacious, and gets a lot of beautiful light, with two windows of amazing Manhattan/Brooklyn views and the Statue of Liberty.

Bedroom: 10'-2" x 13'-2" (the black wall in this room will be painted white before July 1st, and the hanging gym bar will be removed prior as well)

Including the bedroom, the whole apartment gets wonderful views of downtown and midtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Statue of Liberty. We also have a balcony, so you can enjoy the beautiful views from many angles of the city (including the Verrazzano Bridge on the left), and also the Fireworks on July 4th!

Currently there are two working professionals in their early 30s/40s. The kitchen has enough room to cook, prepare meals, and the living room has a good size dining table, with a sofa, coffee table, and a reclining chair for relaxation. In addition, the living room includes a lovely Yahama Upright U1 piano, so pianists or musicians, this would be a delightful treat. There are 2 bathrooms in this apartment, which puts one at ease here. It's a pretty quiet setup here in this apartment, so you can be assured that you will have a rested stay.

The building is in beautiful section of Park Slope, located by a couple MTA lines (F, G, R). The neighborhood is a few blocks west of Prospect Park, and there are many stores and shops around this location. There are also a few gyms in this proximity.

The apartment has a dishwasher, microwave in the kitchen, all the cooking appliances that would be necessary. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building.

I am looking for a professional who is both quiet, neat, respectful and pays rent on time. Smokers and couples not permitted. This is not a party house, but we do socialize here or there.
