Looking for a new roommate to fill a very large room in my 2 bedroom apartment. Room with Palm Leaves on Walls! The apartment is located on 86th Street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Unit is on the top floor of a well-maintained elevator building. The room is large and can fit a King Bed! Communal kitchen and bathroom and LOTS of closet space. Looking for someone to sign a year lease (would be replacing my current roommate who is moving out of the apartment. For move-in, we only require security to be paid to the leaving roommate and your first month of rent (no other fees!). No Pets or couples, please! Move in Date is 11/30/20.
