We are a couple looking to move out either in August or September and have our lease taken over (lease ends 5/31/2021). This is a 1 Bed, 1 Bath apartment with a spacious living room, a kitchen, and two closets. The building has elevators, laundry machines, and a friendly and responsive maintenance crew! Living here puts you right next to Prospect Park, takeout restaurants, grocery stores, and the Q train.

We will be taking most of the furniture, but we?re also be open to selling some pieces, like the couch.
