There?s also a dining room table and couches in the living room. Utilities are split 3 ways and are relatively cheap per month. I?m looking to sublet my room for August-September and then your year lease starts September 31st. My 2 roommates are super nice, friendly, and easy talk to. My roommates are just looking for someone respectful and responsible who takes care of their space and the apartment. They?re both about 25 and they work but also travel a lot.
