Move-in date is 1 Sep or end of Aug.

6 min from the F, G, R, N at 4th Av/9th St. CVS, grocery stores, restaurants, dry cleaners, gym, etc available nearby. 10 min from Prospect Park.

Rent is $1383/month with 2 months free. Heating and hot water included in the rent. Internet and electric bill varies from $50-75/month per person.

We are both working professionals and work weekdays 8AM - 5PM. We keep the space clean and organized and are both easygoing.
