My roommate is moving and I am looking to sublease this room under the official lease of my landlord. The room is 17.13 feet ( about 200 square feet) with a nice window to a green and peaceful view toward backyards. A full bathroom which is shared with me I have another professional female roommate who has her own bathroom in her room.
