VaVa apartment

I want a roommate for short time only . We will divide everything equally . Roommate can have access to shared space like bathroom , kitchen. Tenant must clean after themselves and take out the trash as used . Tenant responsible for own cleaning. Don?t have any roaches or rats in the apartment, hope to maintain it. Rent is due first of the month , no lateness or we are both out by the Lanlord.
