Spacious Room in great PLG 2 bedroom 2&5 on corner

Spacious bedroom with decent sized closet, fully furnished, and available immediately in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. 2 and 5 train are right on the corner (Winthrop stop) and across the street from several restaurants and a biergarten. Prospect Park is a 15 minute walk, as well as access to the Q train. Super friendly roommate (Kevin) who's a teacher. Everything is very clean and the apartment was actually renovated before we moved in. The only reason I am putting the room up is because I'm moving to LA on the 19th of September.
