I have the following space available for a female only (students welcome; short or long term okay)

*Large Bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom for sharing.
*Cable available if needed, internet ready. Included in monthly fee are electricity, cable TV, internet and gas
*1 block from B & Q trains; several buses.
*Near plenty of shopping stores, laundromats, banks, food shops , etc
*Receive mail safely.
*Friendly neighbors.
*Elevator in bldg.

Plenty of space.. Quite, private and clean.

Must be okay with my small yorkie dog (I take full responsibility of him)

Simple rental contract signed at time of agreement.
First and last month rent due at move in
R. ent is due 1st of every month.
