Two rooms available in four bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Brooklyn available immediately. Existing roommates are two professional women. One room is $810 and the smaller room is $710. This is not a party house. The apartment is completely furnished, but not the bedroom. We are located in a very safe neighborhood, three blocks from the train near all amenities. Cats are welcome, my roommate has a dog, so no dogs please. Security deposit and background check required by the landlord. We will all sign a one year lease together.
