It is a Duplex. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms (shower in first floor bathroom) with a backyard.
Two bedrooms in main floor, and two smaller bedrooms in the basement. Yes, we are on the first floor which means easy move in!

Now for the main event:
Medium sized room with a closet, tall ceilings, natural light and access to the backyard. A full sized bed frame/bed, drawer chest, a bookshelf and a TV could definitely fit in the room. The room is located in the back of the apartment, which means it's pretty quiet.

We are three women seeking for a considerate, responsible, and chill fourth roomie. I like to cook and hang out in the common area a lot, so whoever is interested must be able to communicate and be willing to get along with everyone living in the apartment. It is imperative that our new roommate keeps all common areas (kitchen, bathroom, and living room) clean at all times.
