10 min walk to prospect park. F, G and R trains all less than 5 minute walk away. Great and safe neighborhood with lots of great shops and restaurants still open.

The person staying in the room on the other side of the apartment is a very cool guy who has been here for a few years, knows the area well. Works a 9-5 and attends night school so mostly keeps to himself but is very friendly.
