Entire Place, 2Bd/1B Sublet Next To Prospect Park

My partner and I are both travel nurses headed to SF for the winter. We?re looking for someone to sublet our furnished space while we?re away and watch our little cat, Tawny. Our apartment is in a detached 2 family home in Windsor Terrace on Terrace Place - steps away from Prospect Park! We?ll be gone 11/15 - 3/31 and are open to shorter terms if need be.

The space is perfect for someone who works from home, as there is a lovely and bright sunroom to work in. The two bedrooms are in the back of the house, very quiet. Laundry is downstairs in the basement, only to be used by you. Landlord is upstairs but due to mobility issues, you will not see him. He has two home health aides who will share the front entrance with you, but there is a separate basement entrance if you?re more comfortable with that. We are accepting all offers at the moment, though we are hoping to secure at least $2000-2200/mo. You can split the rent with someone as you wish, but we are posting it as an entire unit rental Please message me with any questions you may have!
