Room available in Flatbush/Midwood area

Very spacious house, big living room, kitchen and dining room area. We live above the landlord and her family so she’s available if we need anything. We’re on a dead end block with a lot of families so, the neighborhood usually has a bunch kids playing. The area is close to the Q and B train and is about 20 minute walk to the F strain. Also a bunch of bus lines nearby.

There are three of us, all black women, one works from home, one is a violinist and teacher, the last is an educator and creative. We try to keep the house as clean (common areas) as possible, and incense are also lit probably 95% of them time. We are all mostly introverts, but also friendly. No pets please. Rent 1000 is utilities are about 40-70 a month. Looking for someone for at least a year, but that is negotiable. Must have job history/be employed. We are also looking for roommates that take seriously COVID and/or vaccinated.
