Looking for very specific roommate for this private furnished bedroom. 1 roommate for this private room $820 per month includes WiFi and utilities (gas/electric). Ideal tenants do not cook much at home, as there is only a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove and a refrigerator. There is no dining room, just a small eating table and no living room. My apartment is located in a basement that is more than half above ground. This room does not have windows, but has split unit for heat or air conditioning. There is 1 shared bathroom. Requires One month security + 1st months rent upfront. Credit and background check required. 1-3 month lease, renewable. House rules restricts any guests and reduced noise level after 10pm. The area is in a semi-busy area and being so close to train station, you can hear some exterior noise especially during the day time, such as cars and people.

Full size bed, smart tv included, your own heat or AC unit.

Roommates, one very quiet nice man in one room and Elderly woman (my relative) in another room. They don’t stay everyday.
