hello, im a professional guy renting a room that is available immediately. Looking preferable for students , or professional male over 25 years old with prove of class registration and prove of income. The room is located in a house with its own private entrance and gets lots of sunlight. The apartment is well kept and clean, it is is located in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, New York and only two blocks to the J train. There is shopping, laundry and restaurants nearby. The apartment is close to queens and about 25 minutes from Manhattan.
The rental time period would be for at least six months and up to a year.
The rent is $700.00 a month and $700.00 security deposit, which can’t be used as last months rent, and will be returned to you at the time of vacating the premises.
