I am a graduate student with a small toy poodle, upbeat, yet chill personality, looking for someone to share my current two-bedroom, 1 bath apartment, modern like new, spacious, with great amenities (washer/dryer in the apartment), balcony, gym in the building, secure entrance, secure package room, and private keylock entry to the bedroom. Wifi- is the Verizon highest speed internet. I prefer a female with great communication skills, neatness (don't have to be a clean freak but neat), and the ability to enjoy life's smaller pleasures like a good movie.
