Quiet Room In Amazing Location On Prospect Park

We have a room available in a great apartment on the park and one block from the subway, theater, deli, laundry, etc. This room is available starting March 1 and we are looking for someone to stay long term, ideally.
We are looking for a considerate and responsible person to sublet in a share with 3 roommates that are working professionals (we are 3 females but temporarily have a male friend subletting from one roommate). We are looking for someone who is fun and easy going but also very committed to keeping the apartment clean. You would be sharing a kitchen and bathroom as well as a living room that has a direct view onto prospect park. The room is medium sized with a window to the quiet side of the building and has a nice sized closet.

Rent is $1190 (including utilities). Utilities include cable internet, gas, and electric. We require the first month's rent plus deposit. References are a plus. We are practicing covid safety guidelines when not in the apartment. We are looking for someone for June 1, 2021. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
