$800 Short term lease 2/2/2021 thru 7/31/2021

Short term lease. I'm moving and need to try and find someone to take over for the last 5 months. Private room in a new 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen and living room fully Furnished. I do have a brand new queen size bed in the room I'm willing to give to anyone that moves in as well as a 55 inch tv stand. $900 a month utilities included. Move out by 7/31/2021 Very clean apartment there are two other roommates that are in a relationship that share the master bedroom. They also have two cats.
