Big bedroom with 3 roommates

My former roommate is moving back to his country and we have a spare room to rent. The room is big enough for a bed, a desk and some furniture if you design to have a dressing drown or something.

There is a medium-size closet inside a bedroom.

The room is not facing the main street so it’s relatively quiet then other rooms of the apartment, especially during night.

All utilities including optimum premium wifi is included in the price. Only in summer if you decide to have an AC on will have to share the cost of electricity.

The room comes with a bed and mattress. And also an AC but will have to make sure of that. I think my roommate is trying to sell it first.

You will share bathroom and kitchen with us. You are more than welcome to use everything that’s in kitchen but we want to make sure that everyone participates in cleaning up the common areas.

The apartment is on fourth floor and there is no elevator.

The neighborhood is pretty nice , there are few bars, restaurants, laundromats and markets around the area.

We are 8-10 minutes from B and Q trains.

Move in date is 1st or 3rd April. Depending on when my roommate moves out.
