Room in Williamsburg

Hey all!

PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE REACHING OUT:

My roommate and I are looking for a fourth person to join a year lease starting May 1. Please don’t ask to sublet. The apartment is in Williamsburg, Brooklyn off the Graham L stop. It’s a really easy commute to the city, 10 min to Union Square. There’s a lot of restaurants and bars near us as well. The apartment itself is in a building with a lot of amenities (gym, furnished roof, common room, laundry).

The room:
-on 2nd floor of duplex apartment
-extra storage space right outside of room
-private bathroom
-private space
-$1292/month (NET PRICE)

The roommates:
-3 girls on lower level. One of us works in fashion and the other two are in school.
-1 friendly dog 🙂
-1 shy but friendly cat 🙂
