I am looking for someone to sublet my sunny large one bedroom apartment in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The dates are super flexible but Ideally December to April/May. to

The apartment is on the 3rd Floor and has a huge living room with a sectional couch, coffee table, chair, and desk (great if you WFH). Lots of sunlight, huge TV with all streaming services and YouTube TV. The bedroom is huge and has a queen bed, 2 dressers, and 2 giant built in closets. The kitchen is great with a kitchen island, stove, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven! The apartment has AC.

The apartment is located in a great and safe location in Prospect Heights, 7 minutes from the Q/F/C train and next to many great restaurants and bars. Laundry and supermarket are a block away. 10 minutes away from Barclays center and Grand Army Plaza/Prospect Park. Super great location if you are working at Kings County Hospital, New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist or The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Also, great access to downtown Manhattan.
