Hi NYC friends, I am looking for someone to take over my room in my 2 BR Apt in Crown Heights, Brooklyn - Available May 1st!
You would be taking over my lease, and have the option to renew at the end of August.
Perks:
- Rent stabilized
- Only sharing with one other roommate (2 BR)
- Complete privacy because the room is separated by a hallway
- Ground floor, facing the courtyard, no street noise
- Very close to the 2/3 red line and 4/5 green line trains, Eastern Parkway, Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn Museum, a bunch of restaurants
About your roommate:
- Dani is a 36 y. o. male musician - Piano and drums in the apartment/musician friendly
- Warm / low-key / welcoming / clean / respectful / great communicator / awesome cook
The room will be unfurnished upon move-in, but I may be willing to part with some furniture. This is how I set up my room, but you can rearrange however you'd like.
