Bedroom in Bright Prospect Heights Apartment!

Come live with in our bright 3br Prospect Heights apartment, starting May 1 or 15.

We have a small and cozy room for rent, with high ceilings nice natural light, and exposed brick. It's best-suited for someone with a minimal setup and is full of potential for creative decorators. The rent is $805 + utilities.

We don't have any closets in the apartment, but we've made due with a little ingenuity and by sharing storage in the (very large) main areas.

**The Apartment**
I've lived in the apartment for the past 3 years and I love it. The large common spaces more than make up for bedrooms on the smaller side. The apartment is spacious and unique, with original hardwood floors, plaster molding, and exposed brick. The kitchen features a large counter island which is perfect for cooking and (Covid-dependent) hosting. Two big windows in the living room offer a ton of light during the day.

Seeking roommates who will treat the space well and enjoy cultivating a homey vibe. We cook often and keeping the kitchen clean is particularly important. It'd be great if you were into that too!

**Neighborhood**
Off the Clinton-Washington C stop and a 15-minute walk to the Q. The apartment is in Prospect Heights and is close to Crown Heights, Bed Stuy, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, and Park Slope. The neighborhood is really wonderful and has a lot very close by, like laundry, groceries, restaurants, bars, post office, etc. Fifteen minute walk away from Prospect Park. Great location from which to bike to many areas of Brooklyn and a pretty smooth ride to the Manhattan Bridge to ride into Manhattan.
