The apartment is lovely and furnished, the building is clean and quiet. It's a theme! The basement has one washer and dryer - not a lot, but when you remember your out of the essentials at 1am it's the ease of going down stairs.

Yes, stairs. The stairs, it's a four flight walk-up.
You never really get over it, until you realize no one will ever be dancing on top of your head!
